Project Description

The Norwegian Coastal Administration is the Ministry of Fisheries and Coastal Affairs’ agency for maritime transport, maritime safety, ports and emergency preparedness. The Norwegian Coastal Administration works actively for efficient and safe sea transport by meeting the transport industry’s need for accessibility and efficient ports. The coastal authority prevents and limits the damage effects of acute pollution, and contributes to the sustainable development of the coastal zone.

NLI Scope

Procurement, prefabrication, assembly, and testing of propeller systems, hydraulic systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, structural systems and movable walkways. Surface treatment of test basin.
140 bar hydraulic system with propeller for testing of oil booms in waves up to 2 knots speed.
