Project Description

Stenungsund Furnace Revamp Project (SFRP) is to revamp four (4) out of six (6) old furnaces.
With the exception of the firebox steel constructions with foundations and the steam drum, all other furnace equipment (including e.g. the radiant coils, the entire convection sections and quench exchangers) are replaced in the revamp.
