Project Description

Asker og Bærum Vannverk is constructing a new water treatment plant at Kattås in Bærum. The facility is designed by Norconsult and is expected to be completed in 2026. Inside the mountain hall there are access tunnels (approx. 1 km) to the filter and chemical hall as well as technical rooms.

NLI Scope

NLI’s delivery is a traditional electrical contract, NS 8405, which i.a. includes 53 switchboards/cabinets, pipes and tank systems, kilometres of cableways and cable as well as various control systems. Installation works will start during spring 2024 with approximately 3 years of production.
