In-house Competence Centre
We bring the individual into focus and emphasis personal well-being as well as professional and social development. We want to be the best choice, both for our employees, our customers and partners. In order to ensure and follow up the development of our employees, we have established our own Competence Centre.

Your competence – your development
At NLI we define competence as the value of each employee’s knowledge, skill and experience. Equally important is the ability and drive to seize upcoming challenges and opportunities. An NLI employee is our most important resource. Therefore the main objectives of the Competence Centre are to continuously improve our procedures and routines for recruitment, introduction and development of our new employees.

How the Competence Centre works in order to:

To transfer internal competence:
• Internal discipline courses for everyone
• Exchange of experiences across different projects

To bring in external competence:
• External discipline courses for everyone
• Cooperation with colleges, in order to assemble a development program in relation to management at all levels.
• Create and develop programs for students’ thesis.
• Cooperation with other business.
