In-house Competence Centre

In order to ensure and follow up the development of our employees, we have established our own Competence Centre.
Your competence – your development

An NLI employee is our most important resource. Therefore the main objectives of the Competence Centre are to continuously improve our procedures and routines for recruitment, introduction and development of our new employees.
