NLI Asker Subsea is both designer and manufacturer of standard and specialized equipment for the oil & gas subsea industry. Our core products are valves, connectors, joints and ROV-tools.

The products are used for oil and gas field developments on the Norwegian continental shelf, like Snøhvit, Heidrun, Kristin, Åsgard and Troll. During the recent years, equipment has also been delivered to the international market.

The company, established in 1990, has its origin in the subsea division of Kongsberg Engineering, and has since 2002 been a part of the NLI group of companies. The company enjoys a favourable position in the growing subsea market.
