Safety and well-being of our employees are the main focus of all HSSE work at NLI.

Our HSSE philosophy reads:

1. We believe that all accidents and injuries can be avoided. We continuously work towards attaining our “zero-philosophy” for both personal injuries and damage to materials.

2. We put our colleagues’ health and welfare in focus by continuous follow-up and improvement of our working environment.

3. We handle our waste in an environmentally responsible manner and endeavour to maximise recycling. We search for environmentally friendly raw materials and energy efficient solutions.

4. We contribute to reducing environmental impact through systematic and continuous monitoring of work, to prevent pollution and minimise our environmental impact.

Quality in focus:

Quality assurance is a crucial part of our business activities. Our systems of quality assurance are well integrated in the work methods of NLI. The purpose of the systems is to identify and prevent deviations and consequently obtain a high quality level in all areas.
