NLI is a group of companies supplying engineering and fabrication services, technology products and process solutions to the offshore oil and gas industry.

Our mission is to make things easy for our customers. To fulfill this goal we focus continuously on competence development, high quality, flexibility and punctuality.

NLI has a long history. The company has its origin in a small mechanical workshop founded in Mjøndalen, Norway in 1946. The company has grown significantly since then, both in terms of turnover, areas of competence and number of employees.The last five years, in particular, have been marked by significant expansion and diversification, not least geographically, but also into new market areas.

NLI has high ambitions, and the group of companies under the NLI umbrella, is a complete supplier of engineering and manufacturing services, technological products and process solutions within both oil and gas and land-based industry.

NLI is a company in Ard Group, a privately-owned investment company. The portfolio of Ard comprises NLI, Rainpower, NorgesEiendom, Sunkost, Straum, Mustad og Solve.
