NLI acquires Global Tool Managment AS (GTM AS)

NLI has entered into an agreement with the shareholders of GTM AS to acquire all shares in the company.
NLI Products AS will be the new owner of GTM, which later will be merged into NLI Products as a separate division.
GTM holds patented technology solutions related to cutting of large steel and concrete constructions, such as pipe constructions, drill pipes and piles.
At NLI we regard this investment as an opportunity to further develop the technological solutions and adapting them for use within our existing market areas. We also have an ambition to deliver products to new market areas, such as the demolition market, i.e. cutting of large concrete and steel structures, offshore and later at shore.
